Judge's Critique
Leeds 7/10 - very smart tri, caught my eye as soon as came into the ring, well balanced, good head, nicely arched neck,, with well laid back shoulders, plenty of forechest & depth of rib, moved steadily and handled well, very promising, BP
WKC 8/10 -7months, stood out here for his balance and fitness on the move, quality head with soft expression, excellent angulation giving wonderful stride which took him to BPD Chelms. 5/11 -16mth tri dog of outstanding quality. Although alone he was a worthy winner. Melting beagle expression, lovely long neck into correct shoulder lay, neat front, firm bone & tight feet, body meturing nicely, best mover of the breed. Well deserved his group placing, BOB & GP2. BC 6/11 - very nice young man with an eyecatching outline, well put together, of nice size & substance, moved well with free-flowing driving action Whits. 6/11 - masculine head, well made with enough scope for freedom & movement, clean head and shoulder, correct topline & tailset.
EofE 7/11 - Very sound turned out in hard condition lovely size very little between 1&2. BA 7/11 - Most attractive hound with beautiful head and expression, well developed body, straight front, well muscled second thigh, good feet, moved with reach and drive. EofE.LKA 7/11 - Handsome blanket tri stallion hound of 18 months. Gorgeous head and expression, lovely dark eye, correct bite and good length of muzzle. Excellent length of neck leading into correctly laid shoulders, length of upper arm and super depth of chest. Good round bone, nice tight feet, level topline and correct tail set, looked a picture stacked and presented in beautiful condition. Well bent stifles and perfect amount of muscle tone over his quarters. Very scopey moving hound, lovely to watch him move around the ring covering the ground with reach and drive, looked great from all angles. BOB
SEHC 9/11 - masculine blanket tri boy, in tip-top condition, loved his type, out of a larger mould but a very balanced hound with an expression that would melt your heart, beautiful dark eyes & pigment, soft expression, well flewed lips, long & slightly arching neck leading to a level topline, good round bone, starting to body up well, good bend of stifle & well muscled backend, firm hocks, another one who shows great potential, fantastic rapport with owner which showed on the move when this smart boy powered round. Just needs to tighten up & mature slightly. Should have a bright future. Darlington 9/11 - slightly taller than 1 & again set up looks good. He has a good topline & used his stern better than 1 but couldn't match 1's head in expression.
WBC 9/11 - balanced compact tri with good bone, level topline, good tailset, well angulated, good quarters, excellent movement won the class. SWKA 10/11 - good staight front & depth of chest |
